Q: I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail. Is my order being processed?
A: Yes! Confirmation e-mails typically end up in Junk folders, so we don't send them. If you clicked Submit Order, we have received it and are hard at work on it for you.
Q: How long do videos take to receive and how do I receive my video?
A: Videos typically take 14-21 days to receive, and we will e-mail your video directly to you when it's ready,
Q: Why aren't the videos sent the same day / the next day?
A: Even with our facial recognition software and various other patent pending methods of Terror Tech, it's still a bit of a process to make sure we have the right customers in the right videos and then edit everything together perfectly for you. Due to the nature of haunts, frequently people cover their faces and are running past our cameras, so our team has to play 'Where's Waldo' and go through tens of thousands of visitors in order to find you and your group. That's why we encourage everyone to make the info on the Order Forms as accurate as possible ; )
Q: I didn't pay for a Scream Cam video at the haunt or when I bought tickets, but I want to get one. Is it too late?
A: We keep the videos from our haunts for several weeks before we delete them from our servers, so if you reach out to us within 3-4 weeks of your trip to the haunt, chances are we will be able to make your video for you!
